Do CO's and SL's talk/draw out a plan? Literally draw it, btw.
I think it would be a great idea to have each team draft some plans and have SL's memorize them for each map. I'd love to be involved in that kind of thing, scouting maps on my own time is actually something I enjoy. If SL's were required to meet with thier CO the night before or whatever, I think there would be ALOT more commitment on behalf of squads.

Night Before? pffft... Here is an example of a TG scrim and you can see it from the start to the end. We were talking strategy for the two weeks leading up to the scrim.
