i once had to do those gun racked push-ups with full gear on my back. i was suppost to be in charge of 12, but our main injured his ankle on a course, and i had to take it up for 50 guys. long story short, 5 of them screwed up and all 50 of us did this while the 5 took showers. sets of 20, with 1 minute holds at the top. some weird freaking sounds people started making. sounds that'd i'd probably laugh at if i was out there watching us. funny to look back on, but my god, that sucked
