Load another map in another server, Bi Ming and Ghost Train are bugged. Just join another server, wait till the map has loaded, join and then disconnect. Now you can join the TG server and the map should load fine.

Tactical Gamer is working with the Project Reality team to run one of the few US-based beta servers. We're running the maps they've requested with the stock settings. We understand that many of these settings are more exaggerated than they will be with the full release. This was done by the dev team for testing purposes.
