As for getting an F-16 off your tail, call a Mig. ![]() In all seriousness, slowing down is your best bet. Heading into the sun is a good plan slowing down the whole way but shoot for a stall as the F-16 cannot follow you if you both stall your aircraft. Never fly in a straight line and make lots of quick turns as you will be easy prey for the Vulcan cannon. And if there is an anti air vehicle nearby, do a low pass over it then circle it so it will either destroy the opposing aircraft or at the very least scare him off when he starts getting pinged.

Takes about 20 to kill a tank, its not advisable I think you mean hellfire, hydra is the AA heat seeking missile. Only way to target ground forces accurately with that is if they chuck a molotov or a burning wreckage maybe. Calling in an air strike with flares, now theres an idea... A-10 can fire all ammo in 17 seconds apparently :O http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Oc-x...elated&search= Last edited by Sabre_Tooth_Tigger; 07-03-2007 at 10:34 AM. |

They used to be based right near my house till they closed willow grove afb, I'd get a real low flyby every thursday at around 2:45. It was pretty cool, and you could def tell it was no commercial airliner by just the sound.

Re: Mat552's Flight School for .607rc1
ah hell i've made a mess of flying the blackhawk to the extent i killed my entire squad when i lost control barrel rolled and slammed into the tarmac and we weren't even out of the airport of al bashra(sp).
after that i kinda hung up my blackhawk wings and stuck to the cobra.. never bothered with the a10 found it more of a liability then an asset when you got bombed by the strafing runs. |

.Just kept my throttle between 0 and 20% and pushed my joystick forward, after +-10 seconds I started moving. The US runway in Kashan is too high though, you can't taxi the F16 onto it. Edit: Here it is. Last edited by Ghost Dog; 07-04-2007 at 05:57 PM. |

Taking off in F-16s is easy now, it was friggen hard in the earlier beta.

Re: Mat552's Flight School for .607rc1
yeah, I actually knew how to taxi the jets about 3 days before this guide was put up, but I had no time to show anyone because my internet went down
You dont need any throttle to taxi

Logitech Attack 3 is a good one that I have thats about $30 USD. You have to have the program it comes with running while playing the game or it wont work right.
