What do I need to play the PR mod?

Do I need the complete Battlefield 2 Collection, or just the plain vanilla first release of BF2?

Just have BF2 with its updates, you should be allright then.
Also, PR sometimes needs more cpu and memory then vanilla BF2

You need just BF2 vanilla.

Remember to patch BF2 with the 1.41 patch before installing PR.

OK,

How about these specs?

Athlon 64 X2 4400+ (Toledo)
2GB PC3200 DDR
Radeon X1900XTX
Audigy2
100GB SATA150 HDD

Will that run PR mod fairly decently?

That is more than enough to run PR pretty much maxed out. Only thing you will have to check is what level of AA and AF you will be running (2x, 4x) I'm willing to bet you can do 4x...definitely 2x

I presume that card has 512meg video ram in which case it'd be A1 perfect. 256meg and you get a little jerkiness at starts of big maps - it would have to page a bit

I'm a 'learn the ropes first' kind of guy. I detest giving orders unless I am not just familiar with a task, but fluent. I like to compete and I like winning, but I play by the team's code. I don't lead until my team-mates consider me worthy of leading.

Is there any way to play against AI bots in the PR mod in order to practice movement, weapons deployment?
