I can't set up local servers

Every time I try on every map I've tried so far I get an errorless CTD. Anybody else have this problem or know how to fix it? I didn't have this problem with the beta so I'm not quite sure what's going on.

Alot of people have this problem. Tonight I'll see if I have the same problem. Have you checked windows event log?

yeah i have the same problem, ive been wanting to set up a local server to try out some changes on my joystick but every time i do it crashes before loading

I checked the mods folder and didn't see v0.5 as I remember uninstalling it. I'll check through the registry later today.

Funny I didn't remember ever seeing that post before.

I couldn't load the flight training map, but I did get Kashan 64 to run.

Deleting PR and reinstalling worked, thanks.

I have had this for ages. I do get an error of something wrong if I run PR/bf in windowed mode. First I thought it was caused by using a "fixed image" to boot BF2, but now I switched back to the actual dvd, and it is still there. I bet a full reinstall could fix it though.

This is my error message, with F being my dvd drive, and C the installed drive. What D???? makes no sense. D is a backup partition on my hard-disk that contains no bf files whatsoever. Go figure that out.

I'm just re downloading it now as I only downloaded the update v0.5 to v0.6 before, but what flight training map? I never saw that in the map list.
