It looks like it is the BF2 Mod Sandbox.

You can add items and vehicles to a map and build houses or race tracks, ect

Reminds me of Tribes Shifter ... there was an admin mod that allowed you give a player the "penis curse"... and it seriously affected their ability to move around, use "kits" (as they were in tribes), and people could see you from a mile away because you had a 6 foot cactus growing out of your pants.

In source you can do a number of things. The most prominently, I've seen, is making someone blow up once every second. It gets annoying after a while.

Medal of Honor had the best admin tools for this kind of stuff.

I used to have tons of fun getting back at cheaters/wallhackers by dropping pianos on their heads, setting them on fire, changing them into a rock, dropping their weapons, ... the list was endless and so was the enjoyment

Yeah, admins life is pretty tough. But when you can drop pianos and turn people into rock, that's gotta light up your day.

I used to be an admin on a CS:S server and used to hope for hackers to come into the server so I could mess w/ them lol. Id teleport them into the sky box and just constantly slap them around until they got pissed off and left.
