Yeah, suprisingly, I haven't even really looked at many tuts, I find if you use too many tutorials you don't develop your own style.
btw - Ecleptik your sig is too large for the forum, I would change it before Cingular or someone else gives you Infraction pts

i gotta reinstall photoshop, gotta re-educate myself in this program since i havent used it in a very long time. Hopefully i can start makin sigs again

Ecleptik, your current sig is good.
To improve I would work on your flow, you have a very confusing flow, it should be high left to low right. You have effects and C4Ds going all directions. Also, try to define a focal, it looks like you have put a little too much into the sig and it gives it a clutered feeling and viewers can't focus on a single spot. I would aim for a simpler design, don't use too many effects, the line backround fill is cool, but is only effective when you have a simple layout.
