If Anyone could make me a sig with a medic with his defibs out, and they'res downed men all of over the place, and the in-game text style text spammed with 'MEDIC!' and then theres me saying: 'I think im going to need bigger paddles...' Then somwhere it says |TG|Pwn3ge106

That's more gumball's line, i don't like working w/ ingame pics, i do more render type sigs.

I just finished my latest...the harrier render was much harder to extract than expected, but i think it paid off.

I would like a new one as well, i know i have one but its time to update. Im thinking, it should have my name |TG-Irr|Gijoe and some paintball stuff. A field, guns, etc.

I love my new sig by Big_nat0! The only thing i'd change is that a medic with paddles be there instead

And on the side where it says my name, A guy with a marksmen/sniper rifle, or just a plain rifle with a guy looking down the sights.
