PR chopper training video
I have made a video from the TGU training session which some of you may find useful.
High 720p30 118MB
Low 576p30 67MB
Google Video
The video is encoded with H.264, as it can achieve high quality video at relatively low bitrates. If you can't play it try with the VLC media player.
It is just under 14 minutes in length. It is pretty much a training video that covers what we went over in the TGU session with example videos running in the background.
Enjoy.

Re: PR chopper training video
Well done.
After watching that, I believe the next practice should have about 30 trainees signing up. Ohh, it's going to be a good'n.

Re: PR chopper training video
Well made video.
And BTW, thanks for the soundtrack selection.
I think your music selection was spot on for a training video.
It has always raised my eyebrows when a training-tutorial type of video has heavy metal screaming at you.
(Not that metal is bad, just that I find training should be relaxing, allowing the student/trainee to understand the principle instead of the distraction)
If you make future videos, keep us all posted.
I found this vid informative, and pleasant to watch.

Re: PR chopper training video
Yeah, I hate when people post videos with that sort of music in it. I was looking for a kind of easy listening, mellow sort of music, something that doesn't get in the way (like people singing).

I highly recommend cranking your mouse, pitch, and yaw sensitivity all the way (under the Helicopter tab of controls).
