In an effort to make communication between player and admin more effective, Tactical Gamer has created a semi-private forum for players to interact with the admin team. This new forum will make it easier for the players to see and track the progress of their request along with providing a history of any interaction.
The security settings are setup in such a way that any registered forum member may create a new thread and post any responses in that thread. Users will not be able to see threads created by users other than themselves. Your discussion is private between you and the admin team.
The Battlefield admin team will be able to read and respond to all threads posted in this new forum. This will allow for the appropriate admin or admins to respond.
If a user has the desire to speak with only one admin or specifically to the game officer, then please continue to use private messages. However if your question / request is to the admin team in general, please use this new forum.
