    I got 2 ribbons in last 2 days, and what for?

    Thanks for the ribbons , however when I looked for the reason I was given the ribbon, the line that indicates the reason is blank.

    Also I checked the Awards thread, and my name is not on either of the posts for the 2 given ribbons I received.

    Did I get them by mistake?

    The new ribbon system is being rolled-out. A few hickups are to be expected since this is a major undertaking.

    Actually, I don't think it's hiccups, I think what they are probably doing initially is trying to get the ribbons everyone already had re-assigned to them via the automatic system, and since it has to be done manually there isn't time to put an explanation on each since they are for 'old' ribbon awardings.

    You're right, the backlogged ribbon awards don't show the reason or actual date of the award.

    Actually guys, the gentlemen busting their butts in getting the new ribbon system rolled out really do need your help. There are quite a few ribbons being given out that are errant, and while it's nice to think you got a ribbon that you were unaware of, If you see one show up in your automated system that you dont already have, please be honest about it and PM WhiskeySix and let him know.

    I'm looking forward to getting my TG vs MA ribbon back. I had a lot of fun in that game (playing for the "other side" ) and was proud to be there.
