sorry to post here, but I didn't want to open a new thread, and if it gets totally off the subject, by all means, delete my posts and just PM me the answer.
It's been 48 hours, and I still only have about 400megs/1gig of the PR v.85 MOD, Is there any faster mirrors to get this mod? I've a cable connection, with nothing running in the background other then this website... and normally music, movies, downloads don't take me this long, this is horribly painful!

Also, I see that the Vanilla server is 0/64 How often does anyone go in there and play?
In order to get a [TG] tag on my name, do I have to have a paid membership? The clan I've been running since 1995, has finally fallen apart. And well, no sense on keeping the website up, I finally shut down all my servers and canceled my Vent Channels. We had 24 members solid for over 5 years... but my computer is too old to advance to the new games, they did, I didn't.

I've always been a "TG'er" in my style of gaming and always will, but I REALLY don't want to be in anymore clans, as I'm more of a Casual Gamer now. I'd rather show, that I'm a "Tactical Gamer" or that I use [TW] Team Work, if this is how I can find like minded players to game with.

I would like to play on the Vanilla server get that 0/64 to at least 16/64 So all you Old School BF2 vanilla gamers, lets POPULATE THIS AWESOME GAME!

If I knew what my Password was to log in, I'll use this one again, even though it reflects my former clan tags. =o( But It's such a trip, that here it is 2009 and I registered back in 2003. =o D

Unfortunately the BF2v server does not see much player count here.

Here is a link to other PR download sites. Fileplanet seems fast for me. Make sure to download the "core" file and also the "levels" file.

POE works the same way with a File1 and File2 system.

This should answer you questions about wearing the TG tag.

Ugggh,
I don't have enough space for the levels, it requires a 1.8gig torrent download that unzips to 3+gigs of free space needed, I have 2 gigs left on the HD... so no PR mod, just going to stick with BF2, Vanilla, and search for people that still have this game on their computers to come play with me on your server.
