Guys, now we need to know how many people have 1942 and are willing to play vanilla and or a mod.

Myself and a few friends play this alot mostly on saturdays on the TAW server they run a battle of britain map 24/7. We only really play cause most of the machine cant handle anythin newer that 1942. But sayin that its still a great game some excellent maps BofB and omaha beach.
It would be cool if there was a server here on TG i reckon we would come and play here.

I would be there for a 1942 night! I would suggest running a couple fan maps as well since there are some amazing ones for 1942 and even a couple fan packs as well. Here is a quick list of some of the best.
RoadToRomeMapPack (Made by Zara5ustra who now works for Dice)
UN_Ihantala (Another by Zara5ustra)
FB_BORDER_WAR
Tarawa
stonehenge (Do this map for pure fun only, its hilarious)
Bluie_West_Eight (Large Sub and Destroyer map)
These are just a few of the best custom maps out there. Being a mapper, I have downloaded and played just about all of them that I could find at some point or another. But these are the maps that were good enough to make my "vault" on my hard drive.
Do a 1942 night and I will be there!
