An Idea
This right here made me think of this. Because of the idea that the guy had in the other thread, I thought well why can't we have like two PR servers. One for pubbies and one for the |TG| regular guys. I realize this presents a whole new set of challenges. One of those being lack of resources(server box room, network resources, yada, yada, yada) The other being lack of admins, (right now if I'm correct, I've only seen three different admins pop into the one PR server, disposable, cougar, and cola88) I just thought this an idea, so that pubbies can still get an idea of how TG works. But yet at the same time, they don't get kicked constantly and get discourarged from returning, because some may think that they did something wrong and were immediatly banned for it, which is no way shape or form the case. I just wanted to hear the admin's opinions and the community's opinions on this, because this seems to be a pretty hot topic for some. (i do also realize that there will be alot of chaos in the "pubbie" server) I know that this can be done, the question is "do we want to do this" and "do we have the resources to do this"?

I dislike this, as a chaotic server (which will not have many examples of how Tactical Gamer operates in Project Reality) will put many newbies off from becoming regulars, which will then mean the Regular server will become depleted. I like the current system of supporting memberships as it allows hardcore regulars to be regulars, and still offers newbies to come in, and the admin coverage fine ( its little bit quiet in European mornings though)

The current system is good the way it is. Gunner said it loud and clear.
We have a few more administrators than that, and I don't really think we need more...which I believe 99% of us will agree with.

Fighter, no offense, but the idea is a bit dumb. By having a server for regulars only, you exclude newcomers who are mostly nice guys. We were all new at one point. Also, by doing this it will label TG as an elitist clan. Rather than a welcoming community of like-minded, mature gamers, which is what it is.
How would you ensure the server has only regulars. We did have a PW night, which was at first great, it was full of regulars and great teamwork. But, later it turned sour. The only way you could make sure everyone was regular would be a Supporting Member only server. Which would almost never be populated and would be a waste. Most |TG| tag wearers (including myself when I first discovered TG) are brand new to TG and kind of slap on the tag because they love the community and want to get involved as soon as possible. This doesn't make them bad teamplayers. But, does this make them regular?
The idea is really impossible.

Dirtboy
Nardini
cola88
Disposable
Cougar
Steiner (haven't seen him in ages)

New ideas are great to have in the community. Thats how it always gets better and improves. Don't think I'm angry when I'm commenting. Its just my opinion.
