We're seeing quite a few new and old faces on the BF2 Vanilla server. Hopefully the TG vets are pointing you to our forums. Please use this thread to introduce yourself to the community.

My soldier in game is Cyence. I never played bf2 at TG, although I dabbled a bit in POE and and PR at TG. I spent a huge amount of time in 2142. See you on the battlefield!

Mainly a 2142 player. Dabbled in POE and PR and a little BF2 before, when we last tried to get the server going again. Loving it and will try to play more often!

Same as Jazy. 2142 Player but had some good games already at BF2 under S1ence.
Still have no unlocks and suck as hell but having fun at the server.

I played BF2 years ago like nuts, then I fell in love with 2142 and never looked back.

Now I play some BF2 so I can take top-of-the-food-chain assets and make the life of people I know a living hell

I think I'll give this another go! To be honest I kinda skipped from 1942 to 2142, with only a brief run around BF2, so I won't be squad leading for a bit..

I use to play BF2 all the time, just never the tg way got burnt out on karkand and moved to bf2142. Now that tg has a server i will be playing bf2 more.

karkand was awesome because it was the only real city map

LG-98 with my new guy. Besides a little POE and PR and lots of 2142 its refreshing to jump onto vanilla with all the great TG players. Played a little last night though I dont remember much, got pretty wasted at my party, hope I didnt tk too much or do anything totally embarrassing

I was also a 1942 to 2142 jumper. I was on sort of a FPS hiatus when BF2 came out and was a big deal. Bought it some time back for $9.99 so I could try PR, which I didn't really get into that. I was doing a very small amount of BF2 Vanilla pub raiding, but now that the TG Vanilla server is going strong, I'll be playing a lot more.

fighter here, played in the early bf2 days (2005-2006)@ TG. Now im back for some fun and great teamwork!
