Your logic is solid Gahlas... the CO is definitely part of the battle.

However this rule (or exception, depending on how you look at it) exists because we want commanders actively commanding the team, not running around looking for hiding spots... if you do a search, it was discussed over and over back in the day... you can see the arguments and resolution.

Under 5) No UCB Camping, in the things that do break the rules section, number 2 and 5 are the same. Maybe you're trying to emphasize that point?

Also under 6 there should not be an apostrophe in Vehicle's
