It was pretty fun on our server for about a week or two than the PR patch came out and they all went. I still hop on in the mornings every now and than but I have to pub it cause no 1 is ever on our vanilla server. If I am on I will be in TS.

I play other infantry only servers though!

I play at texas teamplayers server and FCW. Both have there faults but I prefer texas teamplayers since its more local and it can cure my broken BF 2 TG heart. :P

Well I don't have a BF 2 home again X_X because Texas teamplayers banned me for not loading the game quickly enough. And FCW doesn't do anything about hackers they just watch and laugh while they hack... X_X

is it possible to make some adjustments to the server so new people arent scared off so easily? maybe the time before the game starts could be reduced a bit...since some maps seem to take a while to load....maybe they dont like getting kicked for not joining a squad...maybe give them more time and a large bold print warning. gotta try and attract new people .....theres gotta be some out there that want more organized gameplay

As a FullContactWar BF2 server administrator, I take the above comment very seriously.
We are one of the few Battlefield 2 servers that streams to both PBBans, PunksBusted.com & GGC-Stream so that all players can play CLEAN on a CLEAN server.
If you have a complaint you would like to discuss with us, you are welcome to make a thread at the FCW forum where we will try and address any issues you might have. Simply posting "FCW doesn't do anything about hackers" on other forums is quite ignorant and narrow minded.

Also, why would TTP ban you for not loading in quick enough? That's not their style. If they banned you they must have had a valid reason other than the speed of your computer.

It is unfortunately in my opinion, I can think of a couple of occasions where several people have been banned on the PR server (I presume their admin policy will be similar to their BF2 server) for just being caught out of position and not being able to track back to defend their flags.

But you're right, if you have a problem with a server's admins, you should go to their forums and talk to their admins about it.
