Darkilla: In short, NS is pretty much really fast chess. With guns. Apophis: I haven't seen anyone say that SM's are better than non-SMs. Nordbomber: This is THE first server I've seen where either side can comeback from out of seemingly nowhere with the right teamwork. en4rcment: I have NEVER experienced the type of gameplay that I have found here. Nightly I am amazed at the personalities and gaming talent. Zephyr: Apophis is clearly a highly sophisticated self-aware AI construct that runs on a highly modified toaster oven in Wyzcrak's basement.

Thanks for the help, Tony. Just remember, we are Tactical Gamer, not Tactical GamerS. We don't want to send poor, unsuspecting people on a wild goose chase.

Indeed, there's a Tactical Gamerz that runs no less than three servers, apparently.

Re: (New) members who found us through forum posts
Excellent post BigTony.
Just a reminder to those who post on public forums that you represent TG. Please express your experience and enthusiasm for the community & servers. Be careful not to get into debates or arguments with pubbies about our rules. We're not for everyone and there are quite a few who don't like our style of play. Let them be. Promote our server by expressing our good traits, not by knocking down someone elses.

Re: (New) members who found us through forum posts
New member here too.
Found you guys through the planetbattlefield forums, while looking for a server with good teamwork. I found it! Monday nights password game rocked. I was heading up the 69th Inf. squad for the USMC, lots of fun and good teamwork. Frustrated (but having fun) when we fought over a few sand dunes for a whole match it seemed rather than being able to get to the damn flag!
I will get back to the planetbattlefield forums for a post to get some more team players comin in!

Glad you found the last place you'll ever play online games, budahack!
Please take some time to read our BF2 rules, SOPs & announcements (see signature).

Re: (New) members who found us through forum posts
New folks, lets bump this thread at PBF some more please. I went ahead and talked up TG, but the thread is getting knocked down pretty darn quick.

In fact, please only bump it when it gets past the 3rd page..

Indeed. I'm sorry, I wasn't clear with my intention. It was my intent to recommend a bump by advocating TG. Not just a "bump", per se.
