Point system idea for Squad Leader
Firstly I would like to clarify that I have no interest in points at all. Couldn't really care less, as they are no reflection to how well you played anyway, and also I REALLY COULDN'T CARE LESS.
That aside, I am worried about lone wolfs starting up squads to be in a squad with no care in using them right. Also technically it isn't fair that a squad leader (who has to be more conservative) should get less points if he is doing a good job and communicating rather than just the typical random blasting you get on most servers (even though i personally don't care).
So why not have SL get a score equal to the average of all the other squad members (in the same way the CO gets the average of his team)?? Maybe not so much for TG as we don't use points (or care), but it could promote better leading on other servers? Best thing of all, if you are a 1 man team... no points (haha!). Guess it would suck if you were a 1 man pilot team tho... hmmm....
Would email to EA/Dice, but I'd rather they concentrated on other things first *cough*IFF*cough*.
Thoughts?

Scoreboard creates more problems than it's worth IMHO.

I'd see this system being abused, too.
You'd have people that could create a squad and essentially be AFK. For people that typically don't play as a team, they may not even care or notice that the SL is doing nothing. This then means that AFK SL gets rank points for doing absolutely nothing.Telorn
