Invites??

Hi

Every once in awhile I see Invitation timed out in grey and was wondering where I would see the invitation in the first place.
I`m not really sure about this whole invitation thing and would appreciate a quick rundown.
To those that have invited me in the past I do apologize.

I think it shows up as blue text along the bottom of the screen where the other press page up or page down messages show. Not sure about the color, but it's definitely at the bottom of the screen.

Yeah it shows up in blue and orange in the bottom of the screen when a squadleader invites you.

I'm not sure if it's a configurable option on the client side. May want to look through there to see if you have it disabled.

If you have the 'voting' option turned off in the game options, it is very likely that this would be shut off too, since it is a vote asking if you want to join or not.

I normally get this message when I'm in a kickass squad.

I take a look, and its one guy inviting me.

Cuz he wants to free up a space for himself in the kickass squad.

The stupid thing is, if your in a squad all ready, it won't let you switch just by accepting the invite. You have to manually leave your current squad.

Yes, and then you leave and you can't accept the invite again...

BUT thankfully, you can still join the locked squad if you have a previous invite.

If you see this happen, inform an admin of the individual. They'll deal with him.
