Discussion: Battlefield 2 / Battlefield 2 - Ranked Vanilla - Tactical Mod this Sunday night - Don't forget about Tactical Mod Nights ! Let's get server #1 packed full of tacmod
MAPS
------
Asch, will you admin guys decide (based on the map discussion last week) which maps to put into rotation? It would be great to mix some new maps (Shongua, ATOM, ...) and community favorites (Mashtuur). In addition, we must stay away from red list maps (Bocage). Please remember that usually the first 4 maps in rotation will be played before the server is almost empty around midnight.
INTER-SQUAD COMMUNICATION
-----------------------------------
All potential SLs. Please assign shortcut keys to Teamspeak OpFor SL and US SL channels before you join the game. Switch to correct channel and communicate with other allied squad leaders. If you have tech problems and cannot use TS and VOIP together, put a radio man into SL channel to relay messages.

I hope I haven't missed Songhua Stalemate somewhere. And Kubra. I'm looking forward to both of these in TacMod, actually. And no, that's not a joke.
Oh Kubra, haven't played that in a while 64 player. I am just about getting to know the main dam bit on 16 player, but there's a lot more on the big map. Should be good

Took a gamble and got a refurbished 30 GB OCZ Vertex 1 off of NewEgg for the low, low price of $30. Had some trouble getting the drive to be recognized by Windows or by my BIOS. Had to use a jumper...
It has been almost 6 months now and I am still waiting for the second peer-review report to come in for my next book (this one is on the future of television).
