I've thought of the inhouse squads as subcommunities of TG. Like the E1st wich strives to unite subscribing European players in order to have better gameplay when the majority of the US population are getting their much needed beautysleep .

I was thinking of the future, but there are plenty of points here to keep them general.

You failed in your TG history class

42nd is the first in-house squad which was here before the BF2.

1st MIP is the first in-house BF2 squad founded in July 2005. It was called C-Team back then.

I dont agree with your observation. I can see big differences between playing styles and procedures of all current in-house squads and can hardly call them clones of each other. They offer different playing styles from the hardcore military to the casual gaming.

On the other hand, If I were a new member of the community, I would check all these teams to see how they are structured and how they operate before starting a new one.

One of the greatest aspects of TG is the in-house squads. Organization and coordination of the community is a lot easier with them.
