Favorite Map
I like 64p fuShe. Doing spec op missions to destroy comm assets is pretty fun on that map.
Daqing I also really like due to size.
I hate dragon valley & sharqi though, sharqi seems really boring lately , but better now it has bleed again. I left out dv and op clean sweep

Re: Favorite Map
Well, you left out my favorite like you said (Clean Sweep) but I guess I'll vote for Gulf of Oman since they're very similar maps.

Re: Favorite Map
Wasn't Operation Clean Sweep so much better tonight without all the air power?

Didn't see Sharqi on there either... That one is my favorite, bar none.

Re: Favorite Map
If the teams are balanced then it would be Sharqi Peninsula second would be Mashtuur

What do you guys like about these maps? Is there any particular reason that they're your favourites?

Re: Favorite Map
Mostly for me there is no air in them and they are well balanced maps. Sharqi you can have a stand off at the City entrance but there is always a way to slip past the front and cap a flag at the Hotel or Alley Way or you can bring in armor to punch through so there is good variety.

Re: Favorite Map
I'd like to see what songhua would be like with light jeeps or nothing in place of most of the armor.

Re: Favorite Map
I dig mashtur probably the most. I like the urban setting, but some of the action that takes place on the outskirts of the city are just as fun. Plus I like to snipe, so being up in the hills w/o being too far from the action makes it fun as well. My second favorite is a toss up between gulf of oman and songhua. Those maps are beautiful IMHO.

Re: Favorite Map
Karkand forevah!

Especially with the bleed set to half the flags on the TG server the map is a lot more balanced, good fights, strong defenses and lots of room for armor and AT.
Clean Sweep without the planes was sooooo much better, I actually liked the map yesterday, driving to the flag to get shot by a tank, instead of getting bombed 24/7
