What do you guys think of this?
A Pistol only event.
How about an 30 - 45 min. 2 round match on the pvt server, PR EJOD map. east/west/ruins central city area. pistols only. TG members only. Commanders are only for supply drops, no amour/hmuvv's/vodiks
Winners get in house bragging rights on being urber leet with pistols. and maybe a badge of some kind for their sig.
Just a thought, could be intersting.
open to suggestions.

The private server is there for SM reservations. Just check the BF2 announcements for info on how to do that.

We've done pistols and knives in the past, but I would highly recommend against it. Pistols ONLY is a much better choice, because then you don't have to accept the sad reality that the knife in BF2 will beat the pistol 9/10 times. Originally Posted by Dick Blonov

Ok sounds like some of ya like the idear, I'll figure out the time[s] so our europe mates can join in, pick a decent date. tho a monday night madness sounds good. Then I'll see about reserving the pvt server.
We'll need some ground rules, I need to look over another map for possible use. EJOD would be the area around garden, east and west flag. ruins is such a maze, then again that might just be perfect
give me a couple weeks to work this up.

Edit: Asch. I was not sure if it was just Sm's or not, thanks for pointing that out.
I briefly looked at how to reserve the pvt server. I need to review it again in more depth.

LOL on the rockets, I had the doa/dao (how ever it's spelt) set up so it could toast any amour with one round. whole new meaning to toasting bots in 64 player SP
