    Unhappy I have to leave

    Brothers and sisters I have to leave for a while. I'll still lurk around the forums for a bit but I can no longer be a SM. It has nothing to do with TG as a community or any specific member (or pubbie). This last month has been hard. I lost a brother over in the sandbox and somehow playing a game devoted to combat has become painful, I don't mean a blood brother but a damn good friend who I've know for close to 10 years; James was a bad ass.... saved my life once........ ****er why did you die????. I'll take care of Jenn and little Jason for you if I can................

    To those of you that I've gamed with (33rd, 1st, 5th, 12th, 7th) I love you and will miss you but I have to step away for a while. I'll still jump in from time to time just to test your skills ;( but I'll be a ghost as far as the BF2 scene knows. Fare well in all you do and think of me when you knife some cheesey sniper (Santa).

    Terribly sorry about your loss man. As a military brat, I watched many of my friends follow in their parents footsteps and serve in our armed forces. Unfortunately, this means that I've lost more than 10 friends to various conflicts in the last few years. Never gets any easier hearing that someone dear to you has made the ultimate sacrifice. Take all the time you need to cope and heal man. I'm sure I can speak for everyone when I say that we look forward to seeing you around the forums and hopefully share the virtual field of battle with you again when you feel the time is right.
    Take care of yourself in the meantime!

    My condolences to you and your friend's family. Completely respect your decision to withdraw from cyber killing and I'd likely do the same. It's little solace I know but the sacrifice he made protects us today.
