As I said in the recruitment thread, welcome!
We have a lot of fun and have become one of the largest squads in TG. That means there may not be some one looking over your shoulder out there who can give you pointers or guidance--so be informed about rules, expectations and expected etiquette.

Get to know your Platoon Sergeants, Distinguished Irregulars and In-House squadmembers. There are former Irregulars in every one of them, and people are always ready to help out or answer questions when they see an Irr tag. Utilize your resources, and ask for guidance! You'll get a lot of respect by doing so from those who have been here for years.

Don't let the Pirate theme fool you, gentlemen. We run a tight ship, and we expect you to be willing to learn, have a good attitude and prove yourself over time. This isn't the place for people who believe K/D ratio > teamplay.

This is a place for honest mistakes, new ideas, good times and personal growth. We'll do our best to help you learn what the community is about and become a valued member of it!

Went online yesterday to try the Forgotten Hope 2 mod and to my surprise I met up with a lot more Irregulars members than I ever did before in Project Reality. So whether some of you guys are new to the Irregulars or yesterday was the first time we met, either way I'm glad to see Irregulars online and active in the TG community.

Some of you may know that I've been inactive both in the forums and in BF2 mods due to the amount of time I spent playing CoD4 on Xbox360. And for that I'm sorry and will start being more active.

So see you on the Battlefield.
