Awarded Outstanding Volunteer 2nd Class!
Just wanted to make a special thread congratulating Gillespie on his second nomination for the Outstanding Volunteer Ribbon. To my knowledge, no Irregular has ever earned the Second Class while wearing the Irregulars badge. This is an achievement that is not given lightly, and Gillespie has certainly earned it.
Gillespie, you've brought honor to the squad, and I congratulate you on your achievement! There's a bottle of rum in my cabin I'll be dusting off the next time you're aboard for a visit! An extra ration for all to toast Christmas Day, and another to toast the ragged scoundrel with the new ribbon!

now for the one day of the year, we should raise are glasses and cling them in a toasts and talk in the snobby English as we celebrate this decoration of a friend and the celebration of the birth of Christ.
