Wimpinator, Jimmy Two-Hand, Whiskey-Six, maybe Lucky, and perhaps Axis, not sure if he was a founder, but definately is the "oldest" in the Irres currently. Of course a few of those a shots in the dark. I believe the 6th was the first IHS to break off of the Irregs for BF2, etc. with the 3rd (I think) breaking off for BF 2142. The 12th as well came from early Irregs.
Of course after reviewing the roster I see I forgot eGoatBoy. There are probably some others form the 6th and 12th that I forgot as well.

True, the original image was of a different penguin but the hosting site was extraordinarily slow so I switched it out with the current image. However, the first image was one of a penguin dressed as a pirate which, I assumed, was a much easier hint.
