We should have one generic banner then add who ever's it is, their name on it. That way you can edit it with personal stuff but at the same time we look like a group not a bunch of loners. I know the 3rd and the 9th and the 7th use it.

I think we need to calm down... ... but we should not fight over it. The officers can decide if there should be a change, but any nagging on anyone's part is offensive.
