Need a "Motto" for the Irregulars

Ok, we are slowly moving forward on this but we are moving forward, I think WhiskeySix has nailed the crest/insignia for the team. We have a home page for the Irregulars showing the rosters and Mission Statement and such, see following link for more. http://www.tacticalwiki.com/index.php/The_Irregulars

So lets try to get us a motto. As far as the name goes, it is looking more towrds us being the Irregulars, but as said before, nothing in concrete, so lets try to get some ideas on a motto for us.

I like that, could we add "with teamwork we dominate". So it would read:

"In unity there is strength,
With teamwork we will dominate"
