Hi!

I'm new to TG and BF2 in general. I have had the game for about 3 weeks but have BFV experience that helps. I'll use any kit that is needed to round out a squad but I kind of lean towards AT. I will sometimes be found guarding a flag in a TOW. I guess I like to see armor go BOOM! I am capable of flying both fixed and rotory aircraft although I will confess, I'm a novice. I need more practice making bomb runs and aiming unguided missles. Landings are a bit rough but survivable. I am, however deadly in the gunner seat of attack helos.

I'm in the Eastern Time Zone (GMT-5:00) and can usually be on between 9:30 PM and Midnight my time.

Looking forward to playing and getting to know you all.

Hi, and welcome to TG this will be the last place you'll ever want to play.

I do however advise that you read all of TG's FAQs, SOPs and Rules along with the Irregular Wiki if you haven't done so already. Then once all the reading is out of the way and you still want to join the Irregulars I'll go ahead and add you to our roster.

Also, once that is out of the way be sure to note that there is a practice scheduled for February the 4th at 11am EST. Please make it a point to try and attend.

Thanks for the welcome. I have skimmed all the above and produced hard copies for in depth reading and reference. I understand and accept the rules and sop's. I look forward to seeing you all on the battlefield.

I will most likely not be able to make the prictice on 2/4 but will log on if I can.

hi, just joined - saw you mentioned in the DMW forums in the UK, and a guy who recommended me to that group is also here - Big Ranger

Couldnt stop blabbing on to my friend about how ive finally found a place that plays BF2 like i always hoped it would be, and hope EA meant it to be too

have spent all today reading, SOPs, server rules, posts, forums - my eyes hurt!!!!

Cant fly a thing, im best on the ground as a medic or spec ops or AT and the Irregulars sounds like it should be my new home!!!!

Greetings!
Been playing on the TG servers for a few weeks now, and loved every minute of it. Would like to take it to the next level.
Can play all kits, primarily assault or sniper - but I can switch to adapt to the situation.
Am a mean-ass chopper pilot/gunner, not so hot with jets although that is mainly due to the fact that on most servers aeroplanes have at least a few campers.
Am on GMT, so your 11am practise time suits me down to the ground.
Have read all SOPs and the like. Loved them.

Be aware that some changes have occured within the ranks of the Irregulars. Some changes will be in our immediate future.

What are the times you are able to be online? We are currently looking for more "active" members.

To all new recruits.

Continue to check the Irregulars Tactical Wiki for updates and changes to the squad and its structure.

It is asked once again that you reread the Irregular Tactical Wiki as some new policies have been implemented. If after reading the new policies and you are still interested fell free to join us on saturday february 4th for your first practice.

I'm flexible in terms of times - I'm on GMT, so any time up to EST 5PM on weekends is a definite - after that I may or may not be able to get there. On weekdays I'll be available from EST 2PM to about 5PM. I have indeed reread your wiki - hope to see you on saturday.

Not a problem. However, my mic is broken at the minute (has been sent away for repairs, but don't know how long that will take). Will that be an issue?

The busted mic thing isn't a problem as long as you can get on TS and get the information to get on the server.
