When you are on most chart?

Here's a little thought (maybe a rubbish idea, but here goes)...

Although by nature of being an irregular means that the majority of us cannot commit to iron-clad regular 'hours', there are certain days that we all are most likely to be on (more than others)...

For me that is; Monday, Thursday and alternate Friday/Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

SO - what about making a chart that shows when people are most LIKELY on - an easy graphical reference so that people can check out quickly what are 'good' nights to be around?

Just an informal reference, nothing 'in blood' (as we all have lives) - be interesting for the 'guys in charge' to look at too I guess.

I would happily volunteer to collate the info if people put it in this thread (or PM me) into a bar chart/schedule, and maintain it if people want to change thier 'gaming habits'.

I would use a week schedule with comparitive GMT & EST.

What do you think - daft idea?

Daft? Not at all.

I'm normally on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Satuardays.

Sunday -Thursday

I get home from work most days at 1 PM EST and connect only to find the usual 3-4 people hanging around. If I'm really lucky and the wife is in a good mood I can probably connect at about 5 PM EST.

Friday-Saturday

Normally from about 6 PM EST to 10 pm EST

This is a great idea and I think it would help get Irregulars a chance to know when everyone else is on.

I get home from work about 7pm mst on weekdays and I play about 8:30 on those days and on weekends I usually play at about 8:00 mst

That would be a good idea to get some sort of reference chart for who is available and when, with the time zone differences also?!

Great idea!

I am on most nights from 2300h GMT (1800h EST) until about 0300h GMT (2200h EST). I can sometimes be on during the day, but generally I don't fire up BF2 till my gf has gone to bed. I can make exceptions for special events though.

Cheers guys - keep 'em coming (I hope to do the whole roster eventually)...

The other thing I will include is colour codes to indicate American and European players, just so it's easy for each group to identify possible squad chums quickly.

...I'll do a simple one at first (that's easily printed off) ~ later I'll do something a bit more fancy that fits in with the forum graphic style.

I dont think there is any way you can add me to that chart. Recently the times i have been on are more and more random. Nice idea though, sounds like a lot of work.

Even if it is random, you could put down "idea" times you are on, just as a reference. It is only a "guide". Random times is what we do, or otherwise we wouldnt be "Irregulars".

Put me down for 5-9pm CST M-Th, 5-11 F, 11am-11pm Sa-Su. Am on various times between above mentioned, depending on schedule.

err ok. well this is sort of how i go....

generally it will be 4pm-7pm or 5am-7am forum time. Days off i will play usually 10pm-4am ish. Rolling rota so days off advance each week and flip between 2-3. Therefore no real days i can see you will see me more. Close as i can get really....

usually early evening central time later in the week more frequently than earlier.

Excellent idea Ranger.
I play once the wife and kids are in bed so i usually try to get on fri-sun after 10pm GMT till when baby wakes up bout 4 am if poss.
