Hey guys, due to a generally low level of expected turnout, and the desire to create some rocking games, Drizzid and I have decided to postpone the match. The date is not yet set, and is likely to be at least 2 weeks away. Hopefully the extra time will allow us to put in those commitments


I'm accepting nominations for a new date/time. Personally I'd like to see it not on a Saturday night EST (maybe Saturday night GMT / Saturday afternoon EST or Friday/Sunday?). The poll will close in 7 days, after which a date and time will be set.

The game will be vanilla BF2 over 3 maps, at normal TG tickets. Best of 3 wins the day.

I think the former time (20:00 EST) is way too late for some EURO gamers, me on the other hand, don't really mind, when i know it well in advance, i'll make sure i'm not sleepy.
When you make it 20:00/21:00 GMT, that will make a huge difference, the only question is then if the US players have a daytime schedule. If this way is to succeed it has to be on Saturday or Sunday.

So basically the time or day doesn't really matter to me, weekend and tuesdays are preferred.

Due to our fairly larger group of guys from across the pond I voted for Sat 6-10pm. I think it is only fair we try to accomodate them since we have not done that so far with everything we have done to this point. See guys I'm trying to look out for ya!

I like Drizz's 6-10pm on a saturday (maybe a week or two away). I think that's the a large part of the problem we've been having lately is that the weekdays are tight for most Irreg players especially for those across the pond.

It'll also work out for us Irregs who can get some practice in on a weekend prior to the scrim.

6-10 P.M. is too late for me(midnight - 4 A.M-GMT, or 1 A.M - 5 A.M GMT+1) and probably much of the european community participators who have turned 30....(I cant stay awake ....)
