I'm in the same boat, except I'm graduating in '08. School comes before games, sadly.

Are you sure? I'm pretty sure seforest was set on leaving. I haven't seen any replys from him since he posted this thread but it certainly sounded like he wanted to leave. I don't think anyone else wanted to. Maybe just send seforest a PM and close the thread.

Wasn't Jimmy (and maybe sgtDFuller too) an admin in this forum? If he's not keeping track of everything then we probablly need another person with admin rights on the Irreg forum so we can easily keep the 'next event' thread and such up to date easily.

Yes, Jimmy and Fuller and a few others had admin rights. I do beleive they are still with us checking on the Irregular Board.

I barely have enough BF2 time to be irregular, let alone be in a squad. No offense taken. I've signed up for what I could commit to time wise in the past (the fact it kept getting cancelled is a pity) and will continue to in the future. If the guys who formed the 12th found they had enough time to make it an in house squad, more power too them. Thing about leadership is, people find they have it at the most bleak times. I can understand how some people would have seen the formation of the 12th as a problem, but the points made about the (dare I say it) casual nature of the irregulars is the whole reason I joined in the first place. I can play when I can, no more commitment than that. If you are serious about pushing for a more structured thing, use our motley ranks to find like-minded players, get a SM, and work to become another in house squad.

I for one have no interest in quitting the irregulars, and will continue to wear the tag with pride. I hope we get to keep the pirate avatars too, I sort of liked mine, but I'll go with whatever everybody else decides.

Only sgtdfuller had moderator power in here. This was something we had thought about before the split but i havent seen fuller for a few days. We need to find out whether he wishes to continue as moderator or pass on the mantle to someone.
