Where in the World is Chick3n??

Am I the only one who is a bit surprised, even worried? He hasnnt made a sound for a while now, and being the Leader of the Irregs, and one of the loudest (in a good way) voices in this community, it's strange. Anyone contacted him?

Tried PM 3 weeks ago to no avail, his box is full.

I've emailed him through his profile page, where I also found is AIM name. I installed AIM and tried adding him as a buddy, but it seems that name no longer exists on their database. His Supporting Membership has also stopped quite some time ago. Strange. I hope everything is OK.

Anyway to tell if his Supporting Membership ran out, or was manually stopped?

from the members page it shows him as a nonsupporting member (his membership probably ran out)

Surprised yes, worried...well I try not to dwell on the negative but it is peculiar. I've only tried to contact him through PMs but his mail box filled up awhile ago.

ChIck3nL3gz last series of posts about changing an upcoming practice from Sat. Jun 3rd, to Sunday Jun 4th due to a trip he was taking to NY with a friend.

4-Jun-06
ChIck3nL3gz is a no show to practice, and the events server had not been set-up.

23-Jun-06 (approx.)
ChIck3nL3gz logs onto TG, but makes no posts and didn't reply to my PMs at least.

I've had no interaction with ChIck3nL3gz for 2 months.

I certainly won't speculate, I do hope all is well with him, and I think abscence from an online community is not cause for concern. There are many many people who have gone MIA just as suddenly has ChIck3nL3gz...as I work through trying to repair the Irregs roster there are many folks that have gone MIA.

What makes ChIck3nL3gz absence so noticeable is that he was incredibly active and was a huge contributor, but his activity started to drop off once he got a job.

In the last message I saw from ChIck3n he said that he had now got a job (he was previously unemployed which is probably why he had so much time to devote to the Irregulars) and was really busy.

I'm glad somebody brought this up cuz I was about to. I had emailed him a couple of times and he responded....then following a reply to him...nothing. Talked it up about a practice we were about to have, then, as mentioned above, didn't even show up. I thought the last thing he wrote was about meeting a friend that he later indicated was a "date." Then....after much involvement even with the new job... he was never heard from again. I know he lives under some "bridge" in New Jersey. Does anyone know more than that? I don't know him personally...but he was a big part of this community and the Irregs...I think we should investigate. Maybe that "date" turned out to be something great and he just felt he had to give up his obsession with pc gaming. I'd hate to think it was some psycho chick who cut out his organs and sold them on the black market.
