New Policy re |TG-Irr| tags

As of today new members of the Irregulars will no loger be required to create a new account using "|TG-Irr|" in the name. We will allow these players to use "TG-Irr" in the prefix section of the login screen. This policy will allow the new players as well as old to continue into games such as BF2142 and still proudly show that they are an irregular. Members that have already created the new account can continue using that account without changing. The wiki has been updated to reflect this policy.
