The irregs are doing exactly what they where designed todo. Create a starting place for many of TGs greats to start. Bring people in give them what they need to excell at TG gaming and then move them to where they are needed.

i came into the Irregs knowing this was just a starting place for peeps till they find something else to move on to so should everyone else that have
joined the Irr's. many have come and many have gone, we wont be the first and we wont be the last..... my time as a Irreg was fantastic and so were all of you here at the Irreg's. i leave with no regrets but plenty of memories

It is true that many Irregs transfer into other squads...but as you commented Atomic Dog some are there for life...to which I say EXCELLENT!

I was in the Irregs for well over a year...in fact almost my entire time at TG to date. It's a damn good place to be, SM or not.

Cappy and Trooper hit the nail on the head. We, as Irregulars, are here to learn the Tactical Gamer "philosophy." This is where we start. Now some players stay with the Irregulars because of real-life obligations, others because of loyalty, and still others for their own reasons.

To me, it is a sad day when an Irregular "Brother" transfers to another In-House Squad. No longer will they be showing our colors out there on the pitch. But in the same regard, I am like a proud parent sending their child off to college. They have "matured" to a point that someone in an IHS has taken notice of their qualities and requested they "move forward" in the community. And I am damn proud when I see them out there with their new tag because I know where they came from.

The loss of Wimp and Goat was an especially hard transition for me. Both of these fine gentlemen were the first of many to embrace me in our community. They are great leaders in this environment and, I'm certain, in real life as well. They will truly be missed in the Irregular family.

Now with the loss of others, such as Cappy and Bc2id, some may wonder about the direction the Irregulars is going to take. Let me tell you all, the Officer Corps is working diligently at plans to make the Irregulars a formidable fighting force in its own right. Be patient and stay tuned. We're sure you'll like what you see.
