No, you dont need to earn a ribbon, it is given if the O Corps decides you have done something worthy of obtaining it

i like to think ive completed many of those objectives, im constantly helping people on forums and in game when i do play, welcoming people etc.... i participate so..

cool... well makes me feel better..

now to wait till somebody likes me enough to think i deserve it XD

Seriously, though, guys, it sounds like a lot of good stuff going on, so good luck to the Irregs. with the new organization. I'm relatively new around here, but I've seen enough to know that you have lots of high-class alumni, and a lot of current guys with great ideas and dedication. Not to mention, um, "enthusiasm" for putting the Fifth in yer crosshairs.

And here I though we got invited to next week's beach-upon-the-cove BBQ 'cause we got along so well...
