Over the ages, man has adapted to his surroundings as change required him to do so. In our community, that of Tactical Gamer generally and the Irregulars specifically, the time for change has now occurred. We have recently lost from our ranks some of the brightest and most talented officers and members TG has to offer. But, in their place, others have risen to the challenge and accepted responsibility for the advancement of the Irregulars.

This is the era of "New Cutlass." The Officers and Sergeants of the Irregulars are resolved in the goal of making |TG-Irr| a "complete" formidable fighting force - one educated in the philosophy of Tactical Gamer, instructed in squad tactics and determined in balancing strategic and fun game play.

Are you intrigued? Better yet, do YOU have the commitment to assist the Irregulars in reaching this goal? If so, there are steps required for every new applicant to complete before a recruitment request will be approved.

First, ALL applicants MUST read the Tactical Gamer rules, SOPs and primer. One of the major factors that has made TG an exceptional community is that everyone understands what behavior is expected from them.

• Primary Kit: (Assault, Recon, Medic, etc., what you are most proficient at)

• Secondary Kit: (Support, Engineer, etc., what you are 2nd most proficient at)

• Role(s): (Squad Member, Squad Leader, Commanding Officer)

• Vehicle(s): (APC, Tank, etc., if proficient only as Gunner - state such)

• Time Zone: (EST, CST, etc., please state if USA, CAN, EUR, etc.)

Name: Ground Pounders
Game: BF2142
Description: With the assistance of a variety of mobile futuristic weapon systems this platoon engages in basic squad level infantry tactics.

Name: Pirate Wing
Game: BF2
Description: This platoon uses aircraft to support troops by providing transportation, tasking in close air support, and engaging in aerial combat.

Name: The Black Patches
Game: BF2142
Description: A unit with advanced training and tactics in the use of vehicles in anti-armor and anti-infantry roles as well as friendly infantry support roles, in a futuristic warfare setting.

The Tactical Gamer Wiki entry on the Irregulars needs an update to the Enlistment Details link in the External Link section at the bottom. It still leads to the old thread, but it should be linking to this one instead.

Yeah for a while I took a break from TG, which is where I've always had the best experiences playing.. but I decided to come back. Glad to be part of the team though and I hope to get to know you people well, and most of all.. to kill you. You seem like a welcoming bunch of guys.

Vehicle(s): Air (jets specifically) hands down, I have put many hours of training and it has payed off. Ask Ikill and I'm sure he will vouch for me being an excellent pilot
