Re: Where are all the VOIP Talkers?

I think I have noticed that it is late in the evenings when things quiet down. Earlier it seems to be much better. See you chums sometime tonight.

Re: Where are all the VOIP Talkers?

There doesn't seem to be as much chatter lately. I usually try to stay quiet unless I have something important to say though. Would hate to step on the SL's transmission at the wrong time.

Quick question though. Have you ever noticed when the speaker icon turns red? Does that mean two people are trying to talk at the same time, or what?

It means you are overloading the mic.

I had a game the other day (another server) where my squad did voice, and so did I with them and the CO. Yeah, keep it at a minimum- I have more than once experienced that people speak at the same time - and you dont understand a single word. Typically when a guy in your squad talks and you are getting info/orders from the CO.

On another note: Silence is good, but a good dialogue with the CO helps the game.
