I just got ordered my 7800GTX and I wanted to see what monitor I should get to get the most outta my card. I am also a little short on cash after buying my crazy rig, i'm looking at spending less than 300 or something around there.

Um, forget the monitor and send me the card.

Actually depending on the monitor you have now, try to save up and get a 24 incher.... um, monitor that is.

J/k, any of the new Ultra Sharp Dell Moniters are great, ive got two now, and lemme just say, its the best moniters ive ever had (got one over a year ago, and ordered another the other day)
