Slugish plane controls

Do u guys sometimes get slugish plane controls as in plane not responding well in a turn ie. not turning smoth but kinda hoppping. Dunno if im explaining clearly, prolly not, since its real strange. Happens to me mostly in bombers but can happen when i fly a fighter too. Kinda im pulling on a stick and it just wont turn quickly enough so i gotta hit afterburner. I tought its maybe lag, but happens even when im on a 30 ping server. Any clue to whats happening. Joystick is wingman extreme digital 3d but its with a gameport originally thou i found gameport to usb connection. Maybe thats the prob?

Were you near stall speed? Were you very high adn tried to pull tight maneuvers?

Fixed it lol...faulty stick bought a new one its fine now.
