    Crazy 8's live up to their name - Oct 10th

    Last night I squadded with the 8th, and it was a blast. It was fun to see a combo of teamwork, planning, and humor all wrapped up into one IHS.

    Thanks machowner for the excellent SL'ing, and thanks to the rest of the squad and the 8th for an excellent team of people I could rely on and lend my abilities to.

    Although most of TG is on the east coast, and I'm on a crappy DSL here on the west coast, squadding with the guys in the 8th made me consider joining TG as a supporting member and trying out for an IHS.

    Thanks man, as said before, a squad leader only looks good because of the awesome guys he is leading. Join up with us anytime.


    Just as a side note, Bagheera was able to join up with us because he jump into our TEAMSPEAK channel and let us know. He got an invite into our squad every time. A one point we had 6 8th guys on but because Bagheera and Underdog joined our teamspeak channel we ran two squads to accommodate them. Hop in and let us know you want in the squad, we always make room.

    So you were TK'd then teabagged? I had the dubious honor of being teabagged while still alive. I was prone and sniping, then a member of the 8th came and teabagged me WHILE I was sniping lol. I'll frap the vid later.


    Throughout all the games, I had a blast and it was nice to have the flexibility to run a kit/class that fit the situation. During most every game, I'd start out as assault medic, then swap up to sniper/anti armor recon once we settled in. Also, it was fun to snipe out people as my squad moved in to cap flags.

    We take Pride in being able to do all three, and I am glad that you had fun, Heck, I even heard the "Gloop" chuckle quite a few times.

    I am told that I am funnier when I don't drink, so look out for when I am sober!!

    I had the dubious distinction of playing with the 8th earlier this week myself, a feat that earned me my Gold Assault Badge due, in large part, to the insanity of their squad. They're a lot of fun to play with - I hope to see some on when I join later tonight!

    I wondered why you all were doing that. I'm not complaining, it let me jump on the second squad too.
