Last Ditch At Belgrade
Well thursday nights Belgrade urban warzone hosted a spectacular close round between two very high achieving teams. In this round bringing up the PAC's side was squad Steel lead by myself and the quick moving Bravo squad while the EU's ever ready Learn TG and some other heavy hitting squad that I cant quite remember.... but any ways on to the good stuff. It started up normaly with some good old statue with PAC winning the firefight and grabbing the walker while the other squads became deadlocked at com tower. After some well placed and well timed orbital strikes by the commander PAC took the tower. This goes back and forth for the rest of the round with the EU seeming to dominate ruins and playground. But it all winds down to the low tickets in the end my freinds with the EU holding on to a superior number (17) and the desperate PAC forces making a last ditch plan. Squad Steel lead by yours truly and some great TG troopers and a honrable mention to the members of clan VB (I think it was VB) rushing playground evening the tickets to 4!
Soon after we stayed true to our promises to the commander and took monorail, and in those final teeth clenching and bloody seconds the PAC swung in to a close but glourious winning for the motherland. It is easily said by both teams that the round was another fun experince and well played on the tactical level.|TG-Irr| HollowShell

Nice writeup!
Sounded like a really fun round. I always love coming out on top of those under ten ticket match-ups. Very exhilarating.

Learn TG was run by PromQueen that round, and he did a fine job of it if I may say so myself. We had some enthusiastic players with us.

Not all rounds go like that, but the point of TG is to make sure that every round teaches us more about tactics and teamwork. So you're much more likely to find an epic round here than anywhere else I know of!
