    The touch is not lost

It's been a while since I've jumped in a game of 2142. Call of Duty 4 is fun, but teamplay is sometimes sorely lacking. I got back onto the Conquest server yesterday, and for the first time I was having fun. The server crashes were what drove me from 2142, but those rounds I put in are definitely some of the best I've played in a while.

Every time I've played this map, disappointment. Either Reaper and Eroak are shooting me out from the sky, or I'm trying to procure transport to get across the map. I decided to lead (both rounds), and had so much fun just defending. The rounds are blurry, but I remember yelling at Vendi and one Dr.Beckett. Sorry if I forgot who you were, but you guys were fun to lead around the map, especially the 2nd round where I had idea where I was going but still managed to do the same thing I was doing in the 1st one: defend Checkpoint West. At times, we had forces of 2 tanks with a walker pushing in, and a transport landing south of us to boot. Mucho fun.

Oh yeah, #1 squad both rounds baby!

    Cerebere Landing

I only played one round under Anospa's squad, but I went crazy with my Clark. I racked up 21 kills with it (the closest person had 1), and I swear I got at least 5 people from 25 meters out. I really couldn't remember the last time I had so much fun running around without a true objective (I'm pretty sure Ano put them out, I just wasn't paying attention).

    Let the shotgun whoring continue...

Heh, yeah, I remember that Cerebere round, quite awesome. Found out I couldn't get the BR film on it though sadly, we really kicked some ass that round, and we were everywhere!
