Re: BFCL 5 vs 5 AAR Thread
Despite their name, the Mature Asskickers are a solid team in the BFCL and the 9th MID has enjoyed all of our matches with them. Many of their members spend time playing on the TG Conquest server, as well. If you get a chance to play with some of them, I am sure you’ll find them to be a mature group.

Re: BFCL 5 vs 5 AAR Thread
Congrats to the 9th and 3rd! The 21st is where it is today because of the continued support from all our brothers at TG. A special thanks to the 9th for being a sparring partner throughout this season! TG rules!

Re: BFCL 5 vs 5 AAR Thread
That was quite a map to play! We basically ruled Refinery the whole first round beating off their rushes while reaper and bleeding babysat Warehouses, which finally came under attack.
Congrats guys! Looking forward to a TG-full playoff season!

Re: BFCL 5 vs 5 AAR Thread
Aye, I've played with MA on our server and in BFCL: they are mature and friendly.
A quick tip regarding 16p Tampa: Baur is your friend. Rocket sniping too.Fight!

Re: BFCL 5 vs 5 AAR Thread
I found the funnest part of Tampa was outrunning rockets and trying to gauge the distance you'd have to shoot them. Also getting that perfect bullet drop dialed in sniping, oh the fun!

Spanky was very helpful considering the long open range. Actually provided cover-fire while I was being revived, I want to nominate Spanky for a ribbon!

Re: BFCL 5 vs 5 AAR Thread
Just checked out the site, and big congratulations to all TGers who have done an excellent job. We've got 3 of the top 4 positions, which is a huge achievement, considering that most of these clans only have a select few of their highest calibre players, and it shows that we have so much talent throughout TG (obviously as well as the "TG" way) that we can put 3 teams together that put in such great performances. Once again, great job, and huge congratulations to you all.
Edit: Just have some questions about BFCL quickly.
I've been on the site, and I;ve seen this:
http://www.bfcl.info/competitions.html
Just wondering, is that how early the BF2142 teams get signed up and so much in advance, or is that last Summer/Fall?
And I can't find the answer to this, but if you were to go all the way, roughly along how much time would it take to start and go right to the end of the BFCL? 2, 3 months?Last edited by SharinganTH1422; 02-26-2008 at 04:04 PM.

Re: BFCL 5 vs 5 AAR Thread
That's last summer and fall you're seeing. It takes about 3 months to go through an entire season. roughly 2 months of regular season, then a month for playoffs. There's usually 2-3 dead weeks at the end of the regular season while the admin crew over there realizes we've finished

Re: BFCL 5 vs 5 AAR Thread
So they're really on top things down there, ey?
Interesting...Since I'm not part of any IHS, I was thinking of taking part in (most probably) the Summer one with a few friends outside TG in the 5v5 Infantry League and seeing what happens...Anger is a gift - Malcolm X

Re: BFCL 5 vs 5 AAR Thread
Just a reminder to everyone: You do NOT have to be a member of an IHS to compete in the BFCL league. Simply gather enough to fill a roster (double the size of the team is safe) and then register your team.

Evidently, as the Titan 12v12 Joint Task Force are proving, however I'm not sure why, but this never crossed my mind...
. I might try and get something going in the Summer then, but don't bet on it, because I can be the laziest guy, like, ever.

Re: BFCL 5 vs 5 AAR Thread
Tonight in the Semi-Finals of the BFCL 5v5 Winter tourney, the TG 3rd defeated the TG 21st by a final score of 97-0. First round by 60 tickets, second round by 37 tickets. Well played match. This season was great fun, and we look forward to doing it again. Congrats to the 3rd, good luck in the finals.

Re: BFCL 5 vs 5 AAR Thread
Good match last night, 21st. Was a lot of fun and you guys put up a good fighting. Belgrade is a weird map, and often ends up as a game of musical flags, as it did last night. Was still fun!

Great to have two TG IHS battling for that top spot. Good luck to both teams.
