Shockwave week 2 - post match
Week 2 found the PAC and EU forces meeting on Fall of Berlin. With most of the forces on leave for Easter a fierce small squad battle ensued. With PAC controlling the walker they were able to neutralize the bleed quickly. Much of the match played as a standoff of sorts. Credit to EU for minimizing the effectiveness of the Walker most of the round except for a 10 minute run by Jazy2 holding Crossroads. PAC had roughly a 40 - 50 ticket lead until very late in the round where they finally took the last flag giving a final round score of 201-0 (correct these numbers if I'm wrong folks). Well played by both sides, with both sides having at least one member with PC issues early or throughout the fight.
After 2 weeks of shockwave I encourage anyone who isnt participating to jump in next week. Fun battles including TG members from all corners, newer and veteran players, IHS members, supporting members, all interested are welcome. The organizers have gone to alot of trouble to set this up and organize it weekly. Please show your support and jump in.

Re: Shockwave week 2 - post match
That was the most uneven match i had ever been in. Squad alpha (those in charge of northern defense) was a 4 man squad and 2 had there computers crash in the beginning, middle, and end of the match. This compromised our defense and ensured our lose.

I don't see Shurikane in the lineup, though I know he was there, and I notice that team numbers are uneven in favor of the EU, even though Shuri was EU ????????????

Here's something funny: I had BitTorrent running throughout the entire match and I never noticed. No lag, no adverse effects at all.
And to think this usually gets me kicked off other servers for high ping. o_O;GOD IS DEAD. THE N00BS TEAMKILLED HIM.

Re: Shockwave week 2 - post match
was the battle recorded? If so, not to seem impatient, but when will a video be released?

Nice post FYAH! On the crash note, I too crashed at the start of the round. IMHO it's the "PAUSES" that the admins are forced to impose because failure of some players to check their fire. Please in the future respect the admin's call for a general ceasefire.
