Had some great fun SLing some new faces and some pubs tonight!

Started off the night jumping in at the end of a mean Camp G round, then Cerebere saw many disconnects on the PAC side, so I jumped over and made a squad and some unfamiliar faces joined in.

Have to say that these people followed orders pretty damn well once they were explained and we managed to get ourselves a good early lead grabbing church and south town fairly easily. Eventually we were able to cap Command through the combined efforts of my squad supporting Zho's. We eventually traded it for roadblock, where the usual grindfest ensued, but we managed to edge out a 50 - 0 ticket victory.

Next up we saw the frozen Tundra of Verdun, infantry only!

As usual, this round started very slowly. PAC managed to grab Church, so they held two flags for a good amount of time, getting a good ticket lead on us. I managed to push my squad up to Hillside and we were able to take it from the 2 or 3 snipers that were laying around the flag area. In this attack, we somehow gave up Vally Farm, so we were once again under bleed.

I then quickly decided we should push on Church, leaving 2 SMs behind on defense with other people spawned in from the team. Our attack on Church was quickly rebuffed, barely upon leaving Hillside's buildings. I then heard the CO say there were only 7 people on Vally. Retasking, we made Valley our target. I don't remember what happened, but I guess a different squad was able to take hold of the flag, and another squad quickly took hold of Church, giving us all 3 flags, and just in team. We then set up a quick defense on Hillside and were able to push off the few squads that began pushing in on the flag, while dodging and weaving from the many snipers sitting out being slightly bothersome.

Quite a fun round of Inf. Only Verdun!

Next came tiny Tunis, a personal favorite.

Once again, Zho and I made separate squads. I spawned in quickly and was able to grab the buggy. The other team parked theirs in the path, and I weaved around, but absorbing a fair share of bullets from its turret, and was sadly blown up before being able to push any further. I then called for my squad to spawn in, and we were gonna hit the flag on foot, and follow Zho's squad and support his actions. They were slightly ahead of us, so after the swim, I called for my squad to head south into the towers to distract the enemy while Zho's squad moved in on Living quarters. We were quite the distraction, somehow managing to hold off their walker till it was too late, and Living quarters was capped. My squad respawned, 2 engineers stronger, and managed to take out the enemy walker. Seeing the opportunity, I moved my squad west behind the buildings quickly to loop around and take bridge from behind their backs as EU had just capped Dock's Office. We made short work of the defenders, and then continued to power on to Dock's Office. The end of the round came just as my squad was about to move onto the flag.

Good rounds tonight guys! Hopefully some of my squadmates liked TG enough to stop by and see this!
