After having our Titan totally swarmed in the first round, with assets down, and our APCs full of the enemy, we adjusted well the second round, and split our squad up into Titan Defence, preventing them from taking down all our assets and Titan guns, whilst also keeping them busy under their titan, taking out their tanks and assets. I did notice a lot less 'squad' play as everyone I encountered was alone, which was why they managed to do much more than us I think.

From what I saw, our Gunships were amazing, and at 1 point they had a Tank, APC and Walker at 1 silo, making it unbreachable, but 1 by 1 the gunship wiped them out, giving us a nice easy silo to cap.

My 'almost' best moment, was running around under their titan as cloaked recon, destroying assets, when a gunship floated past slowly over my head (Looking for me again).. I was desperately throwing my RDX up onto it from below, but it just wouldn't reach! I was sure I got at least 1 on it, but ended up blowing myself to pieces.. Summed up my game I'm affraid to say. Wish we had battlerecorder running!!

We will rule the conquest maps for sure! GG all!

Congrats to TTP! Well play TG!

Point of improvement on Titan for us. Do more silo capping and never stop. We stuck too much around on certain silos, when we should've moved around more.

And yeah, the proetct our Titan more but we learned that after round 1.

Anyway, well played everyone. Next match will be even more fun! See you there.

We are also scrimming TTP in Project Reality these days, so the same ribbon is also used there. That's why all the classes are there i bet.

I think I should have been medic instead of engy as I was a poor engy, especially in the first round. I did however empty my Pilum into a lot of infantry at the back door of one of the silos in round two. They had a beacon at the back in the water which they just kept spawning on and we couldn't destroy. After emptying my Turcotte I had no choice but to call for backup and resort to the Pilum until Superfast took oven on beacon watch. A true fish in a barrel situation!

Good game all and when we get them on our home ground, conquest, we should be more than a match for them.

While we didn't know it was there, it was a pain.....once we covered it it became useless to them. It made there SL unspawnable if they went elsewhere.....

I'd have to agree that water beacons are uncool though.

First round was very frustrating, but the second round we stepped up. I did notice a few shady tactics I thought were against the rules, typical bunny hoppers as well as a few jihad jeeps. I remember being at silo 4 after taking it, getting rezzed right in front of a jeep by the silo and seeing the front bumper covered in RDX. It is unfortunate there wasn't a battlerecorder going, I am sure TTP aren't condoning this behavior, but there wasn't much to discourage it either. And I do apolgize to my squad members for letting my frustration show through, you all did great.

Agreed. You can not shoot it and you have to be extremely lucky with a grenade to destroy it. I'm not sure if RDX could do it or not, but again, you have to find it in there and get lucky and hit it. Very cheap thing to do and many consider it a glitch.

I think it was my most memorable moment on 2142.
And I appreciated having Neph has a SL trying to find innovative ways to take down their main base.
